Unfortunately this doctor visit also included the start of his immunizations....... The first one wasn't bad at all - it was a liquid that he drank, and he loved it! The next three, however, were considerably worse. He got three shots in his thighs. One in one leg and two in the other. Needless to say, he screamed pretty loudly!
Now we're back home, and he's definitely feeling it. He's been fussing and crying, and it's not the normal hungry/wet diaper/sleepy cry - more like, "why did you do this to me? my legs hurt!" type of cry. We're trying to decide if this means that he'll be exhausted and sleep all night, or if he'll be fussy and awake all night. We shall see!
